Every Adenvale shirt, mug and gift is printed just for you after you order. Here’s how it gets from our printer to your door.
Who makes and ships your order. Our products are printed and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Your order may ship from one of Printful’s production facilities, so items in one order can arrive in separate packages.
Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
How long it takes. Delivery time = production time + shipping time.
- Made to order by Printful, usually 2–5 business days, then shipping. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.
- Shipping: $5.49 flat-rate shipping to US addresses, shown at checkout before you pay.
We show an estimated delivery window at checkout before you pay. That estimate is our estimate of when it arrives. If we can’t ship your order within the time shown at checkout, we’ll email you with a new date and you can cancel for a full refund.
Holiday orders: carriers get busy in November and December. Please check the delivery estimate at checkout and order early.
Shipping costs. We offer $5.49 flat-rate shipping to US addresses. You’ll see the full cost at checkout before you pay.
Tracking. When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
Lost, damaged or wrong items. If your package is lost in transit, or arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll make it right. See our Refund & Returns Policy for how to tell us (within 30 days) and what happens next.
Wrong address or unclaimed packages. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package can’t be delivered because the address was wrong or incomplete, or it wasn’t picked up, we can reship it once you confirm the correct address, but you’ll pay the reshipping cost. Returned packages that aren’t claimed within about 30 days can’t be reshipped.
Digital products. Digital downloads (such as the Holiday Countdown) are delivered by email through Gumroad right after purchase. Nothing ships.
